DO TOUGH STUFF is a mission first. It exists to encourage people who are in the middle of something hard — and to remind them they don't have to carry it alone.
It stands on four ideas: faith, endurance, perseverance, and community. Faith is the foundation, while running, work, business, family, hardship, and everyday life are different expressions of doing tough stuff.
Tough stuff comes in all shapes and sizes. It doesn't care how much money you have, what you look like, where you came from, or whether you're an athlete. Tough stuff comes. When it does, we carry on. We don't have to do it alone.
The mission is the heartbeat. Everything we do — sharing encouragement, standing in someone's corner, and giving back to the people in the trenches — exists to help people endure what they're facing. We don't do this alone.
